Maia Ewing Secures Silver in WKF Hararer Karate 1 Youth League

 

Congratulations to Scotland's Maia Ewing who won a Silver medal at the WKF Youth League event held in Harare, Zimbabwe, 26-29 March 2026.

Maia was the only Scottish athlete to travel to the African continent to compete in the Karate 1 Youth League, but her solitary precence put Scotland on the medal table with a terrific silver medal.

 

This is Maia's third WKF medal having already secured Karate 1 Youth League bronze in Mexico in 2024 and an excellent Cadet bronze at the Cadet & U21 European Chanpionships from Poland in 2025.
